WHO WE ARE
Born from pure determination and nested in the heart of Portugal, The Black Wolf Distillery is the realization of a shared dream.
A chef and an architect, both passionate about whisky and distilled spirits, joined forces.
Combining a natural flair for blending aromas and flavors with a love for experimentation, Black Wolf is dedicated primarily to whisky production, but also creates exceptional gin, rum, and bitters.
Focused on quality, we blend traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, paving the way for Portuguese whisky.

NÁDIA
A force of nature!
Demanding and perfectionist, she has a keen eye for organization and business. Graduated in Architecture, her passion for the business began early.
In 2013, she created her first brand, and she never stopped since! Together with Miguel, they created three successful restaurants brands in Coimbra.
With more than a decade of experience in hospitality, she fell in love with mixology, participating in several courses such as Master Drinks and Molecular Mixology.
MEET MIGUEL
Adventurous spirit!
Graduated in mechanical engineering, he switched from calculations to cooking, having worked in several restaurants.
In 2013 he became the creative brain behind the dishes in the three spaces he created along with Nádia.
He completed the Master Distiller Certificate in 2023, and has never stopped since.
Perfectionist, methodical and with a natural talent for combining aromas and flavors and experimenting.

This majestic creatures, that roamed this lands, known for their strength, intelligence, and pack mentality, witch embodies the values we uphold: family, courage, resilience, determination, and a thirst for adventure.
